Client portal software

You host clients here.

Foyer Hall is a client portal your firm runs under its own name, on its own address. Files, messages, proposals, signatures and invoices sit in one room — so an engagement has a front door instead of a thread.

The Foyer Hall mark: a lit doorway framed in brass, angular slabs stepping away from it to both sides.
What it is

A room with your name on the door.

Foyer Hall is software your firm uses to host its own clients. Each client signs in to a workspace that carries your brand — your name, your logo, your colours, your support address — and finds the work you are doing for them, in one place, with the people you invited and nobody else.

Under your brand
Your firm sets a brand kit once. Every workspace beneath it wears that brand, including a client of your client.
On your address
Clients sign in at a subdomain we give your firm — or at your firm's own domain, with the white-label add-on.
Per engagement
A workspace is scoped to one client. Access is granted person by person, and withdrawn the same way.
Who it is for

Firms that run engagements for other people.

Consultancies

Run an engagement end to end in one room: scope, documents, decisions, signature and invoice.

Brokerages

Give each party a data room that belongs to the deal, with access you grant and withdraw deliberately.

Agencies

Hand clients a front door with your name on it instead of another seat in your project tool.

What it does today

Six things, all of them built.

Branded client workspaces

Every client gets their own workspace wearing your firm's name, logo, colours and support address. A client of your client inherits the same brand. Yours is the only name in the room.

Files and a data room

Documents live with the engagement they belong to, reachable by the people you invited and nobody else — not a link to a shared drive that outlives the relationship.

Client chat

Questions land in the workspace, next to the work they are about, instead of scattering across inboxes and message apps.

Proposals and e-signature

Draft a proposal, send it, and have it signed in the portal. Your firm is the counter-signer on the document — the signature block carries your name, never ours.

Invoices and payments

Invoice from the workspace and take card payment through your firm's own Stripe account. Your clients pay you directly; the money never passes through us.

An AI connector

Connect your firm's own AI agent (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or one you built) over MCP or the REST API and let it do the work: list your clients, open a new client workspace, invite a person, read or replace your brand kit. Each key carries only the permissions you grant it, and every write is logged.

Pricing

What it costs.

Plans start with a per-firm subscription, plus a white-label add-on for running the portal on your firm's own domain.

Published numbers are not final yet. Write to us and we will quote your firm in writing — what it costs, what is included, and what you would pay before anything is charged.

Foyer Hall

Tell us about your firm and the clients you look after, and we will show you the room they would sign in to.
